San Fransisco – June 2009
Two days in San Fran just is not enough. The days were packed with fun though! I was invited by my friend Nate and his sister Anna, who lives in Oakland. We spent a lot of time seeing things. We started off the fun with a trip to Pier 31, which is more or less the more tourist part of town. We ate and went to a 4-D movie. A 4-D MOVIE! After that we went to Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Museum, and the wax museum, both were weird places.
Day two was mostly Alcatraz, which was amazing. While waiting in line Nate, Anna and I made a friend from Australia, Her name is Pilippa, she was fun to hang out with. I love structures like this one. They have a phenomenal audio tour. After Alcatraz a couple of Anna’s friends picked us up and we hung out at their place. After all that fun, we ate and I took the BART back to the airport and took the red eye back home for work the next day. I arrived at 10:30 AM into Fargo, went home showered and ate and went right back to work for 14 hours after that. Check out the photos of San Fran below.
